Happy Birthday to Jeramie!

For those of you who don't know, Jeramie turned 30 (in February)! He got a new camera and loves it. We took Kennedie to the park and got some great pictures. It was warm enough to take her and she loves the slide.
We made cupcakes for Jer's birthday and Kennedie loved them, but only if there was frosting on them. Just see how much she loves them...

The next Michelle Wie

Kennedie loves hitting soft golf balls with Jer's clubs and he didn't want her ruining the club. We also didn't want her banging up the walls. So to solve our problem we bought her a set of golf clubs just for her. She loves to carry them all around and has to have all of the clubs and golf balls in her hand. There is no convincing her that she only needs one golf ball and club. She has to have them all, and if she can't have them all she throws a fit. Those are sometimes very funny to watch, but I try to avoid tantrums at all costs. Jeramie tried to show her how she can hit the ball with the club, but she wanted nothing to do with it.

We are hoping she will love golfing (Jer wants to teach her when she is old enough). Then she can become a great golfer and buy us a beach house or something.

What would we do without...McDonald's?

We went up north the end of January to visit Grandma Suzie. Kennedie had so much fun. We got together with Jer's sister, Ami, and her family, and my brother, Curtis, and his family came too. Kennedie loved playing with her cousins. We decided to go to McDonald's to let the kids play. It was a great weekend and we look forward to the next time we can visit. We are also looking forward to Grandma Suzie's visit in April.

Balloon!

Kennedie loves balloons! We went to a friend's birthday party and there were big balloons there. They gave Kennedie one and the next day when Jeramie was home with her, she was playing on her balloon and he got a video of it. Who knew a balloon was so much fun?

Happy New Year!

Jeramie had to work on New Year's, so Kennedie and I had a girls night. We made Chex Mix and Muddy Buddies. Kennedie helped by eating the Chex (she loves them). She also helped shake the Muddy Buddies.

Christmas 2009

I know this is quite a bit late, but I figured I better update our blog. Christmas never got on the blog, so here it is. Kennedie loved Christmas. Although I think she loved it more at Grandma Suzie's. She didn't quite get into unwrapping presents like she did up north, but she did enjoy her presents once they were opened. She loves her markers (Color Wonder Markers are FABULOUS!) Her favorite is the Mickey Mouse books. Kennedie loves to read!

I had to include this one. For those of you that don't know, all the girls on Jer's side all stick out their tongue when they concentrate. Here is the beginning of Kennedie's "Morrey" tongue. You may have to look close to see it.

One good thing about taking pictures is that there really aren't many pictures of me. Also, since I'm the one doing the blog, I get to pick which pictures get published. So here is a picture of Jeramie.
