Sorry these are late...

The following posts are late. We apologize. But it's better late than never, right?!

6 months has gone by fast!

Kennedie is six months. She is getting so big. She can roll over and can sit by herself for short periods of time. We went to the doctor on the 13th and she is 15 and 1/2 pounds. She only cried for about 5 minutes after her shots. She is changing so much. She is starting to lean out of her Bumbo seat and we decided to get her a high-chair. She loves it! The first time we put her in it, her feet started kicking so fast. Another thing she does is arch her back and look behind her, especially when we try to feed her. She is interested in everything going on around her and wants to know about everything.

Since this blog is a little late (we took her bear pic on the 10th) we wanted to let you know that Kennedie is sitting up on her own for much longer (sometimes for up to 45 minutes). She enjoys sitting and playing with all of her toys. Her favorite is anything she can get her mouth on.

Lights Out...

We came home one night after shopping and the lights were really dim. Then the power went out. We gave Kennedie a small flashlight to play with (she is intrigued by lights). She put is straight to her mouth. It lit up her cheeks and made them glow. It was so cute we couldn't pass up this picture moment.

PICKLES!!!

We were making sandwiches one day and decided to give Kennedie a pickle. Well, it turns out she really likes them. She loves chewing on them.

Fun at Grandma Suzie's

After Christmas we went up to Grandma Suzie's. We stayed there for a week and had so much fun. Great Grandma and Grandpa Tubbs were able to see Kennedie for the first time. And Great Grandma and Grandpa Nelson saw how much she has grown since her blessing. We enjoyed a relaxing week and Kennedie loved playing with everyone. She even helped Grandma Suzie with the laundry.

Merry Chirstmas!

Kennedie loved the wrapping paper. She did love her presents too, but the wraping was her favorite part. Tyson and Tanner (the boys she plays with) got her some stacking rings and church shoes. Santa brought her a toy and we bought her some clothes.
